Meditation Can Change Your Life


This is our 2nd Wellness Wednesday installment on Meditation.  I listened to a podcast that I found fascinating on meditation.  Dan Harris is a guest on the Rich Roll podcast discussing his book 10% Happier and how meditation completely changed his life for the better. Practicing meditation helps you to slow your breath, quiet your mind, and find peace, it can be beneficial physically, mentally, and emotionally. Meditation is now commonly used to treat mental health disorders, addiction, and everyday stress, as well as to heal physical ailments and promote better sleep. This podcast is on the long side but perfect to listen to on a car ride or running errands.
