We start off each week by giving our associates an article upon which they can reflect- a tradition we call Mindful Mondays. These articles are meant to set our members in a mindful direction for the week. Here at Auxin, mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis. That being said, we’d like to extend these articles to you!
This week’s Mindful Monday focuses on how to Toss Your Expectations into the Ocean. To accompany these articles, we also share some reflection questions to augment your learning from each piece.
