How much water should we drink every day?

It seems like most ailments can be fixed with drinking more water.  Have a headache, drink a glass of water.  Want to lose weight, drink more water.  Dry and dull skin, drink more water.  Water is extremely economical, extremely easy for everyone to get, a very simple task for anyone to do.  Yet, Americans are simply not drinking enough water every day.  The following article will tell you just how much water you should be drinking.  One of my goals for 2018 is to drink more water and I can’t say that I have done so.
